Public meeting scheduled for February 9

The Board will be holding a public meeting on February 9, 2007, at 8:30 a.m. The notice of public meeting, which includes the meeting agenda, is available in the Board meetings section of the Web site, or you can download the PDF file directly by following this link: http://www.azbof.gov/meetings/20070209Notice.pdf.

Among other topics, the Board will be considering significant changes to its business process. Specifically, the Board will decide whether to change how it handles good-cause-exception applications that have been referred to an administrative hearing. The notice of meeting includes a memo that describes possible changes that the Board may adopt.

Please note that some of the meeting may be discussed in executive session, which will not be open to the public. Please also note that the meeting may not begin right at 8:30 a.m., although it will not begin before that time. Also, the Board's mailing address differs from its physical address.
