Board supports Senate Bill 1045

Senator Linda Gray has introduced Senate Bill (SB) 1045 for the upcoming legislative session. This legislation would expand the list of crimes that cause a fingerprint clearance card to be denied or suspended. SB 1045 represents legislation that the Board developed and sought public comment on (see our Board meetings section).
