A.R.S. § 41—619.56. Board of fingerprinting fund
- The board of fingerprinting fund is established consisting of monies appropriated by the legislature and fees established by the board pursuant to section 41-619.53. The board shall administer the fund subject to legislative appropriation. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated for the purposes provided in this article.
- Monies deposited in the fingerprinting fund are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations.
