A.A.C. R13-11-111. Notification of decision for good cause exception
- The Board shall notify the appellant in writing of the Board or its hearing officer's decision and transmit findings of fact and conclusions of law.
- When the Board or its hearing officer grants a good cause exception, the Board's executive director shall request, in writing, the Department to issue a fingerprint clearance card.
